Experienced RFM Aleier staff will install and configure the FM1 application, and will assist in installing and configuring the associated database system and web application server. RFM Aleier can tune the overall system to provide the best performance for your environment.

Database Conversion. RFM Aleier consultants are skilled and experienced in a variety of methodologies for moving and integrating data between FM1 and existing systems, or even migrating data from legacy databases to FM1 database system.

Application Integration. Together with the FM1 open architecture and employing the latest in integration technologies and expertise, RFM Aleier can help integrate FM1 with a myriad of applications such as time cards, purchasing, financial systems, human resource systems, inventory and ERP systems, bar coding, wireless sensor networking, fueling cards, lease administration systems, automation and building controls, and more.

Customization. While FM1 is designed for standard business processes, most organizations like to reflect their own work processes into their systems and modify the application’s appearance to their needs. Our consultants can help define customization requirements with you then adapt the system to meet your requests.

Training. RFM Aleier conducts a mix of convenient web-based training with on-site training and training at RFM Aleier facilities to speed user adoption. Computer-based training (CBT) is also available to supplement these training programs. Each training program is devised to be appropriate for the specific FM1 implementation.
