RFM Aleier will host current versions of FM1i INNOVUS or FM1j interprise. Hosting allows RFM Aleier system experts immediate access to configure aspects of FM1 EAM Suite to meet your ever-changing needs. FM1 experts can implement all upgrades, patches and custom changes as soon as they are available. This eliminates the need for IT Personnel or an in-house system administrator for FM1.
As part of its hosting services, RFM Aleier will provide full backup services. Incremental backups are made daily, and a full backup is performed weekly and stored off-site. The full weekly backups are also made available to you. RFM Aleier will restore your system and data from backups should the need arise.
