Critical components 1) of RF Monolithics, Inc., may only be used in lifesupport devices or systems 2) with the express written approval of RF Monolithics, Inc.

1) A critical component is a component used in a life-support device or system the failure of which can reasonably be expected to cause the failure of that lifesupport device or system, or to affect the safety or effectiveness of that device or system.

2) Life support devices or systems are intended (a) to be implanted in the human body, or (b) to support and/or maintain and sustain human life. If they fail, it is reasonable to assume that the health of the user may be endangered.

TRADEMARKS AND SERVICE MARKS:
The trademarks, logos and service marks (“Marks”) displayed on this web site are the property of RFM or other third parties. Users are not permitted to use these Marks without the prior written consent of RFM or such third party which may own the Mark. There are a number of proprietary logos, service marks, trademarks, slogans and product designations found on this Site. By making them available on this Site, RFM is not granting you a license to use them in any fashion. Access to this Site does not confer upon you any license under any of RFM's or any third party's intellectual property rights.
